His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 5 of the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations ActFootnote a, hereby designates the Minister of Industry, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, to be the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
